The Order Process
1) Access your client account here, using social login. This helps prevent fake users and bots.
Why do we ask for your social ID?
2) After login, a link will appear here. Click and book a video chat, to discuss your solution.
3) Once everything is agreed, you secure a production slot with a £1000 refundable deposit.
4) At the time your slot number comes up, a 50% payment is required to start production.
5) Once the project is halfway through production, we convene to evaluate everything.
6) The next payment of 40% is now required, and production resumes to completion.
7) Fourteen days prior to the delivery date, we make all the final cost calculations.
8) The last payment of 10% becomes due, and delivery arrangements are made.
9) Proactive customer support continues, for the lifetime of the solution provided.
