Problem: Jet flying is not easy accessible to the average general aviation pilot, due to the high fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Also, jet aircraft need longer, hard-surface runways, at airports where jet fuel is readily available. Then, there is the additional complex training required, and the need for two pilots in the cockpit.

Solution: We set out to find a practical and relatively easy way into the world of jets. While there are a few small aircraft powered by jets, the most viable candidate is a light jet that never really succeeded in the marketplace.
